Located in the heart of the Montagne de Reims Regional Natural Park in Louvois, the Guillon distillery has been producing a malt-based spirit drink with a unique and incomparable taste since 1997.
Production: The malt flour is mixed and stirred with water for 4 hours: this is the hydrolysis stage. The result is a very sweet malt syrup which is then fermented for 3 weeks at 20°C with champagne yeasts. After 2 distillations, it ages for years in Meursault casks, before being placed in finishing casks for 6 to 8 months.
