Its nose very pastry, evokes a pie with nuts and caramel, embellished with some cooked fruits and sweet spices. The mouth is sweet, almost syrupy on the first sip, and is marked by the intensity and diversity of its aromatic palette: candied fruits, walnuts, caramel, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, pepper, ginger, licorice candy ... and a touch of smoke. The finish is very long on honeydew and candied fruit, enhanced by spices.

• Distillery: The distillery of over 100 years, has kept a craftsmanship. With a large stock of aged rums, it develops beautiful complex assemblies.

• Manufacturing: Made with 80% honey and 20% cane molasses, this rum is distilled in Pot Still Scotch (cane honey) and column (molasses). It is then aged 12 years in former bourbon casks.
