Fruity and well-rounded

The intense aromatic bouquet of this straw-colored cider is marked by notes of fresh apples, acacia and hay. On the palate are revealing themselves nice thin bubbles and many greedy and frank flavors. The tasting ends on acidulous and balance taste, that are creating a cider far from being dry and that will satisfy everyone.

The family establishment is nestled in the Domfrontais in the heart of Normandy, in the town of La Ferrière aux Etangs.

• Terroir: The estate is located on a hilly terrain. The soil is predominantly silty-clay-stony. Located on a sandstone bar, the floors are draining.
• Blend: Sweet bitter apples.

• Maturing: After pressing, the must is put in tanks ; then the alcoholic fermentation, voluntarily slowed down, will last 180 days, where the fruity aromas will be refined.
