A particular attention is giving to the pomace to elaborate this Grappa Alexander: it must be fresh, healthy and high-quality.
It is made of a blend of wines elaborates in the North-East of Italy. These wines went through three different steps of distillation. This step is made in pot stills. Thus this delicate process protects its complex aromas. Before bottling and after an aging of 6 months, the liquor reaches its optimum level of softness and develops a great range of aromas.
