Founded in 1996 in Piozzo, Italy the brewer Teo Musso, the Baladin was a "brewpub" (bar and place of production) back then. Since January 2012, Baladin has grown and became a brewery of farm.
Characteristics: Stirred with pepper, its perfect tasting temperature is 12°C.
Tasting: Its blond color with a white and creamy head offers malted notes.
Food and Beer Pairing: The Open Rock'n'roll can be combined with salmon or peppered cheese.
