Beer with airy creamy foam. Good hold. Creamy in colour. Cloudy beige colour. Frank nose with hints of yellow cereal fruit, warm, caramelised. A supple attack with a frank freshness on notes of candied mirabelle plums, good persistence on acidulous notes. Clear and thirst-quenching finish.

Historic brewery at the gates of the Black Forest (Creation of the brewery in 1782). Hirsch offers us beers of great drinkability according to the dictates of the Rheinheitsgebot, the law of 1516 prohibiting ingredients other than barley, wheat, yeast, water and hops in the brewing process.
