Fruity and crisp

An opened and expressive nose is to discover before tasting this straw-colored wine. It recalls the citrus fruits and the white flowers allied to mineral notes. In mouth, its finesse is striking, leaving space for the aromas of the nose. The whole is aromatic, tasteful and well-balanced. The tasting ends with an acidulous and persistent finish.

Niečo o výrobcovi

This domain has three centuries of history. Since 1714, it is owned by the same family. Nowadays, it is François Paret that runs the establishment, with his daughter Jéromine and the oenologist Philippe Garnier.
 

• Terroir: The domain extends on 30 hectares of hills facing the sea and the Cassis bay. The soil is made of clay and limestone, with a dominance of limestone. The Mediterranean climate has soft temperatures all year long. There is little rain but marine hazes maintain an ideal humidity for the vine. Since 2012, the Cassis vineyard is part of the National Park of the rock inlets Calanques. It is the only one in France that is entirely included in the territory of a national park.
   
• Viticulture: Working since a long time on the respect the environment, the domain has formalized its working methods with the organic label.
   
• Wine-making: Harvests are done manually in little baskets with a meticulous sorting. In 2014, the cellar has been renovated. The temperatures are now completely controlled.
