Located in the Aspres terroir, in Thuir, near Perpignan, Château Lauriga is Jean-Claude Mas' last acquisition in 2016. Soil: clay-limestone, very stony Vinification: The grapes are destemmed without crushing, then vatted. Pumping over with aeration, temperature control, then long maceration for a minimum of 3 weeks. Maturing in vats for 9 months.
