Light yellow colour with green tints. Frank, floral nose with acacia and yellow fruits. Notes of mirabelle plum. Notes of pear. Lively attack, well-balanced. Beautiful tension, beautiful freshness. Full-bodied, straightforward and fruity, slightly acidic character. Clear finish, persistence on the yellow fruit.

Winegrowers from father to son, the JACQUIN family dedicates a large part of its vineyard to the ROUSSETTE.

 
 

•      Terroir: La Roussette is cultivated on clayey-limestone slopes sheltered from the mountains and facing due west.

•      Vinification: It is with the greatest respect for traditions and, as naturally as possible, that vinification is carried out with wines from exceptionally exposed plots. The grapes are picked manually and carefully selected.
