Created at the end of the 19th century by Mr. Louis PUGIBET, blacksmith, the Domaine de la Colombette has been handed down from generation to generation for more than a century.

    Terroir: Situated to the north of Béziers, at the very gates of the city, on the hillside separating the plains of the Orb and Libron, the vineyard benefits from a privileged location. Facing the Mediterranean Sea, it is spread over 100 m of unevenness.

    Viticulture: The vineyard has been cultivated for several years with respect for the environment, with the vine being managed as a natural bush.
