Powerful bouquet

Its garnet color offers a nice open nose with notes of black cherries, fresh licorice and dark chocolate. On the palate, this wine presents a nice balance, full-bodied, wrapped, with a nice character on the jammy fruits. Nice finish on laurel notes and ripe tannins.

Produced by the Mas du Novi -a producer located in Hérault- Montagnac,  l'Aigue de Novi carries the Languedoc appellation.

• Terroir: Located on a slope, Novi Mas vineyard stretches over 50 hectares around the farmhouse and rests on sandy marl soils, calcareous silty, sandy gravel and sandstone.

• Viticulture: Member of the association Terra Vitis, Novi Mas prides itself on respecting the environment.
