Brick colour with coppery glints, rather viscous, limpid and brilliant. Open nose with raspberry paste, candied raspberry, caramel and floral hints. A syrupy attack, on the coulis of candied raspberries, white pepper and caramel, with a hint of white chocolate, candied strawberries, gourmand. Sapid finish, good balance between raspberry acidity and sugar. Beautiful persistent lengthening on raspberry jam and grey pepper, hint of cayenne pepper.
