From this rum is getting out a fresh nose of white fruits, apricot, white peach and lemon peels, spiced by an iodic fragrance. In mouth, the freshness found at nose allies with a particular greediness and a sweet touch showcasing a taste of vanilla and caramel. The same iodic notes found at nose are perceptible at the length.

Company acquired by BBS (Bellonie Bourdillon and Successors) in 1994 and by the Chevrillon group in 2002, the distillery Trois Rivières operates 800 hectares of land south of La Martinique, in the municipalities of Sainte Luce and Rivière Pilote.

• Distillery: Formerly distilled at Trois-Rivières distillery in Sainte-Luce, Trois Rivières rum is now produced at the La Mauny distillery in Riviere-Pilote.

• Manufacturing: The agricultural traditional rum is made from 100% sugar cane juice. Those sugar cane are cultivated "the feet in the water", on the beach of Anse Trabaud.
