It is in Jarnac, on the banks of the Charente, that the Hine house has been producing cognacs of exceptional finesse for more than 250 years. The Hine and Nicolas houses have been combining their know-how for more than 80 years to jointly create the Exclusive Reserves of Maison Nicolas. This area of ​​120 hectares, 70 of which are vines, evolves on limestone soil. After a double distillation on lees, the cognacs are aged in oak barrels. Manufacturing: Hine VSOP is a blend of around twenty eaux-de-vie made from Grande Champagne grapes. It reveals aromas of acacia honey, ripe apricots and quince jelly, supported by a first sip with delicate notes of jasmine.
