Fruity and crisp

Ruby colour with a brick sheen. Straightforward nose with fresh spices and pepper. Opens with red berries, notes of morello cherries and kirch. Supple attack, well-balanced. A frank lengthening of the character on spices, a frank and peppery finish.

Niečo o výrobcovi

Founded in 1906 following the phylloxera crisis, the Fruitière Vinicole d'Arbois is a wine cooperative created by 26 Arboisian winemakers. In 1969, it obtained the Château Bethany, in the heart of the Jura town of Arbois. It assembled a successful winery and winemaking facilities for the vinification of five Jura grape varieties: Poulsard, Trousseau, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Savagnin.

• Terroir: The 250 hectares of the cooperative are based on clay and limestone soils and slopes of blue marl, gray and red Revermont.

• Viticulture: In the vineyard, sustainable agriculture is privileged and vines are cared for throughout the year.
