Dark garnet colour with coppery reflections, fairly limpid, brilliant. Open nose with notes of bitter almonds, candied cherries and vanilla with a hint of amaretto. Sweet, greedy attack. Sugar largely dominates the alcohol, character on the nose notes (amaretto and cherry syrup). Gourmet finish, with caramel and candied cherry.
