Niečo o výrobcovi

• Terroir: The 100 hectares of vineyards dedicated to the production of Châteauneuf-du-Pape are located on a plateau covered with pebbles. 

• Viticulture: Harvesting is done manually.

• Vinification: The wine is made by punching down with maceration for 15 days. Once the malolactic fermentation carried out, 50% of the assembly is made with Bourgogne parts for 228 litres and the rest in vats.
